Hasil penelitian menyarankan profesionalisme tenaga pendidik dipengaruhi oleh kepengawasan kepala sekolah pada SMP Sekolah Standar Nasional (SSN) di Kabupaten Indramayu, oleh karena itu, kepengawasan kepala sekolah yang sudah dilakukan dengan baik selama ini agar dipertahankan dan bahkan lebih ditingkatkan, dengan melakukan peningkatan kebutuhan dasar, tersedianya sarana dan prasarana yang memadai dan sebagainya.

This thesis discusses about the effectiveness of head Master's supervisory in improving teacher's professionalism at junior high school, a national standard school (SSN) in the Regency of Indramayu. This research is quantitative research using analysis descriptive and correlational method.
The Results of the Research suggests, professionalism affected by headmaster's supervisory of the Junior High School of National Standards (SSN) in Indramayu Regency, therefore, the supervisory of the headmaster who had done well so far in order to be maintained and more over be enchanced,by increasing the basic needs, the availabilites and adequate the infrastructure and so on.</description><identifier>https://lib.ui.ac.id/detail?id=20292018</identifier><recordID>20292018</recordID></dc>
