- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar peningkatan  hasil  belajar  siswa  pada kompetensi perbaikan sistem pengapian melalui pemberian tugas presentasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 40 orang siswa kelas XI MO 1 program keahlianTeknik Kendaraan Ringan SMK Palapa Semarang  tahun ajaran 2009/2010. Terjadi peningkatan nilai rataâ€rata kelas dan ketuntasan belajar klasikal. Pada siklus I diperoleh nilai rataâ€rata 69 dengan ketuntasan belajar klasikal sebesar 67,5%. Sedangkan hasil belajar pada siklus II diperoleh nilai rataâ€rata 79,2 dengan persentase ketuntasan belajar 85%. Jadi ada peningkatan nilai rataâ€rata sebesar 10,2 dan persentase ketuntasan sebesar 17,5%. Hasil belajar siklus II sudah memenuhi standar kriteria yang ditetapkan, yaitu nilai rataâ€rata sebesar 70, dan persentase ketuntasan belajar sebesar 75 %.Kata kunci: Hasil belajar, tugas presentasi, perbaikan sistem pengapian. The purpose of this research is to identify the rate of student learning result development on improvement of  ignition system through presentation task giving. The subject of the research was 40grade XI MO 1 of Light Vehicle Engineering  skill program  in  SMK Palapa  Semarang year 2009/2010improvement of class score rate and the completeness of classical learning. In the first cycle, the rate wpercentage 67,5% of  the  completeness of  classical  learning. Meanwhile,  the  rate of  learning  result  incycle was  79,2 with  percentage  85%  of  the  learning  completeness.  Therefore,  there  is  score  rate  imabout 10,2 with percentage 17,5% of the learning completeness. The learning result of the second cyclestandarized criteria in which the score rate is about 70 with percentage 75% of the learning completene.Keywords: learning result, presentation task, ignition system improvement
