Respondents are teenagers of Punjab tribe in Medan, which amounts to 60 people. Data collection techniques are done through observation techniques, interviews and a simple questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used are qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques. From the results of the survey that has been done, then obtained as much as 70% of the minority teenage community of the Punjab tribe experienced the problem of adjustment with peers in the education environment.
