This study aimed &#xA0;to investigate the relationship between micro role playing method with social emotional development in early childhood. The method used was the correlation method. The population was all of students in group A Satu Atap kindergarten Pringsewu. Data were collected by observation and documentation. Independent variabel was micro role playing method (x) while dependent variabel was the social emotional development (y). Data was analysed by using spearman rank test. The results showed that there was the relationship between micro role playing method with social emotional development in early chilhood. This can be proved from the calculation of Spearman rank correlation of 0.90.Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya perkembangan sosial emosional pada anak usia 4-5 tahun di kelompok A TK Satu Atap Pringsewu. Penelitian ini bertujuannya untuk mengetahui hubungan antara metode bermain peran mikro dengan perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia dini. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode korelasional. Populasinya adalah semua siswa kelompok A TK Satu Atap Pringsewu. Variabel bebas yaitu metode bermain peran mikro (x) sedangkan variabel terikat yaitu perkembangan sosial emosional (y). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis uji spearman rank. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara metode bermain peran mikro dengan perkembangan sosial emosional anak.
