Teknik penelitian asosiatif dan kuantitatif yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Rumus slovin dipakai dengan teknik sampel penelitian, dan total 80 tanggapan responden dianalisis. Uji multikolinearitas, analisis regresi berganda, dan uji asumsi klasik digunakan untuk menganalisis data dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel modal usaha tidak memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan pedagang mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) pedagang pasar Gambar. Sementara variabel&nbsp; jam kerja dan lama usaha memiliki dampak menguntungkan yang besar pada pendapatan usaha, mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) pedagang pasar Gambar. Jadi besarnya modal belum tentu berdampak pada meningkatnya pendapatan sementara lamanya waktu yang diberikan pedagan berjualan dan lamanya pedagang menekuni usahanya sangat berpengaruh pada pendapatan. Pendapatan usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) pedagang pasar Gambar secara simultan dipengaruhi positif signifikan oleh modal usaha, jam kerja, dan lama usaha.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of working capital, working hours, and length of business on business traders, micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the Gambar Wonodadi Blitar market either simultaneously or partially.&nbsp; Associative and quantitative research techniques are used in this study.&nbsp; Slovin's formula was used with the research sample technique, and a total of 80 respondents' responses were analyzed. Multicollinearity test, multiple regression analysis, and classical assumption test were used to analyze the data in this study. The results showed that the variable of venture capital did not have a positive and significant impact on the income of micro, small and medium traders (MSMEs) of market traders.&nbsp; While the variables of working hours and length of business have a large beneficial impact on the income of business, micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) of market traders. So the amount of capital does not necessarily have an impact on increasing income while the length of time spent by merchants selling and the length of time traders pursue their business greatly affect income.&nbsp; The income of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) of market traders is simultaneously significantly influenced by business capital, working hours, and length of business.
