These subtances have insecticide effect against larvae. Therefore Cods leaf plant can probably used to control Aedes aegypti mosquito population in its larvae form. This study aimed to determine the efficacy of Gods leaf extract in killing Edes aegypti instar IV mosqoito larvae. This was an experimental study. The Gods leaf was macerated to obtain the extract form. In this study the concentration levels of Gods leaf were varied in cluding 550 ppm, 1100 ppm, 2200 ppm, 4400 ppm, 8800 ppm, respectively. The positive control was temefos 1%, and the negative control was CMC-Na 1%, each with, four replication. The Gods leaf extract was then administered to 25l Aedesaegypti larvae in each concentration group. This sample was observed for 24 hours. The data on the number of killed larvae was analyzed using kruskal Walls dan Mann-Whitney tests. There was no statistical difference in the mean number of killed larvae among different concentration (p=0.40). All concentration could kill the larvae between negative control and each concentration control and the God leaf groups. Gods leaf extract (Gynura pseudochina (LDC) has statistically significant effect on the death of A aegypti instar IV mosquito larvae, therefore can be used as a natural Larvacide.</description><coverage>Surakarta</coverage><image>https://perpustakaan.badankebijakan.kemkes.go.id//images/default/image.png</image><recordID>slims-30502</recordID></dc>
