The phenomenon that exists at MTsN is that there are 8 class VIII students who have low interpersonal communication skills, and what role will the guidance and counseling teacher give at MTsN in improving students' interpersonal communication skills. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of guidance and counseling teachers in improving students' interpersonal communication skills.This study uses a descriptive approach that emphasizes the meaning, reasoning, definition of a particular situation and describes what it is about the behavior of the object being studied. Data collection tools in the form of observation, interviews and documentation.
