Adolescents' inability to establish friendships can lead to two possibilities: adolescents entering into companies that are less conducive or not entering into friendship life at all. This research uses pre-experimental on junior high school students, which is carried out with research samples using purposive sampling: class VIII students totaling 32 students who will be divided into two groups with group units totaling 16 experimental people and 16 control groups. Furthermore, data analysis using the Kolmogorov Smirnov-Test test shows how much improvement was between the experimental group with personal and social guidance services and the control group, in which students only provided ordinary counseling services. The results of the Kolmogorov Smirnov-Test test on the t-count is 3.475, and the probability number (Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.002 with df = 31. While the t-table price at a significant level of 5% two-party test with DK = 31 is 2.042.
