This research is a type of qualitative research with a field research approach using descriptive analysis methods. This research analysis was carried out at the Real-mosque located on Jl. North RingRoad number 17, Candok, Caturtunggal, Depok District, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region. The data sources used in this research are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The data sources in this research were collected through a process of observation, documentation and supported by an interview process with several sources who were considered the main data sources in this research. The results of this research prove that the mosque with the name Real Mosque, which is located on the North Ring Road, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta, has now succeeded in attracting many Islamic communities to worship and enliven the mosque, especially the younger generation of Islam and Muslims. woman. In managing the Real Mosque, not only the younger generation of Muslims, but also young Muslim women are now taking a full role in managing the Real Mosque's activity program. The motivation that encourages Muslim women today to take part in activities at the Real Mosque is caused by the scope of life in the past.
