Quraish Shihab explained that jihad includes the meaning of difficulties, tests, abilities, and struggle against Satan and lust, supported by verses from the Koran such as Q.S.&amp;nbsp; ali-Imran: 142 and Q.S.&amp;nbsp; al-Baqarah: 214.
