- The purpose of this study was to see the effect of profitability, net Working Capital, Firm Size, Leverage and Liquidity on Cash Holding in Property and Real Estate Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 Period. The sample selection in this study used purposive sampling technique so that the sample of this study amounted to 34 property and real estate companies listed on the IDX for the 2019-2021 period. The analysis method used in this research is panel data regression analysis using the Eviews 12 program.. The results of the Partial Test (t) show that the ratio of Profitability, Firm Size, Leverage, has a significant effect on Cash Holding in Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. Meanwhile, Net Working Capital and Liquidity have no effect on Cash Holding in Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. The results of the Simultaneous Test (F) show that Profitability, Net Working Capital, Firm Size, Leverage, and Liquidity simultaneously affect Cash Holding
- Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Net Woeking Capital , Firm Size, Leverage dan Likuiditas Terhadap Cash Holding Pada Perusahaan Properti dan Real Estate Yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2019- 2021. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sehingga sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 34 perusahaanProperti dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2019-2021. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan menggunakan program Eviews 12.. Hasil Uji Parsial (t) menunjukkan bahwa rasio Profitabilitas, Firm Size, Leverage, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Cash Holding pada perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2019-2021. Sedangkan Net Working Capital dan Likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap Cash Holding pada perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2019-2021. Hasil Uji Simultan (F) menunjukkan bahwa Profitabilitas, Net Working Capital, Firm Size, Leverage, dan Likuiditas secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Cash Holding.
