- This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on the work productivity of employees who work at the Minas District Office of Siak Regency. The research was conducted using a quantitative method approach, collecting data through the distribution of questionnaires to 30 respondents who were selected through the census method. Data analysis was carried out using spss23 software to test simple linear regression, t test, test the coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results of the study, from this simple linear regression analysis it was found that the value of the regression coefficient X had a positive value, namely 0.735, meaning that there was a significant relationship involving leadership style with work productivity. This leadership style variable has a significant effect on the employee productivity variable partially for those who work at the Minas District Office of Siak Regency, which is that the t-count value (4,782) > t table (1,120) and while for Sig. (0.000) < 0.05, in this case it can be concluded that ho is rejected and ha is accepted. Meanwhile, the R-square value contained in the Determinas coefficient (R2) is 0.450. In this case, it shows that this leadership style has an influence of 45% on productivity simultaneously working on employees, while for the rest it is influenced by various other independent variables that are not involved.
- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai yang bekerja di Kantor Camat Minas Kabupaten Siak. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan metode kuantitatif, pengambilan data melalui penyebaran angket terhadap 30 orang responden yang dipilih melalui metode sensus. Analisa data dilakukan dengan menggunakan software spss23 untuk menguji regresi linier sederhana, uji t, uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dari analisis regresi linear sederhana ini didapatkan bahwa nilai dari koefisien regresi X memiliki nilai yang positif, yakni 0,735, artinya bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan yang memperlibatkan gaya kepemimpinan dengan produktivitas kerja. Variabel gaya kepemimpinan ini mempunyai pengaruh signifikan pada variabel produktivitas kerja pegawai secara parsial untuk yang bekerja pada Kantor Camat Minas Kabupaten Siak, yang mana bahwa nilai t-hitung (4,782) > t tabel (1,120) dan sedangkan untuk Sig. (0,000) < 0,05, dalam hal ini dapat dihasilkan bahwa ho ditolak dan sedangkan untuk ha diterima. Sementara itu nilai R-square yang terdapat pada koefisien Determinas (R2) ialah senilai 0,450. Dalam hal ini memperlihatkan bahwasannya gaya kepemimpinan ini memberi pengaruh senilai 45% terhadap produktivitas secara simultan yang bekerja pada pegawai, sementara itu untuk sisanya dipengaruhi dengan berbagai variabel bebas lainnya yang tidak diliibatkan.
