- This research aims were to determine the severity of histopatology lesion in intestine and myocardium of parvovirus infected dogs. This research used 15 samples of intestinal andmyocardium, from does that were positively infected by canine parvovirus. The samples wereobtained from Pathology Veterinary Laboratory, Udayana University Denpasar during periode2011-2012. Hemorrhage inflammation levels on intestine and myocardium and were quantifiedwith percentage. Histopathological changes of hemmorage and inflammation on intestine andmyocardium were analyzed qualitatively, by comparing inflammation degrees based on the dog samples old less than two months old and more than two months. In conclusion, histopatologicalchanges of hemmorage and inflammation degress on intestine in dog with more than two monthsold is to be more severe than the dog that less than two months old. According to the research, itcan be concluded that intestine histopsthology lesion formed as hemorrhage and inflammation atdogs parvovirus infection more than two months old is more danger than less than two months old.
