C.</creator><description lang="en-US">Program kesehatan kerja merupakan suatu hal yang diterapkan di Puskesmas karena dapat melindungi pekerja formal maupun informal dari kecelakaan kerja dan penyakit akibat kerja. Puskesmas Sonder merupakan puskesmas yang belum memiliki program kesehatan kerja tetapi lebih mengutamakan pada program upaya kesehatan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan program kesehatan kerja di puskesmas Sonder. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan sejak bulan oktober- November 2018 di puskesmas Sonder melalui observasi, studi dokumen dan wawancara mendalam terhadap 5 informan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sudah ada peraturan pemerintah tentang Pos UKK yaitu permenkes 100 Tahun 2015 tetapi belum berjalan secara maksimal. Sesuai dengan kebijakan yang disepakati untuk program kesehatan kerja ini, diambil dari upaya kesehatan masyarakat dimana lebih difokuskan pada pekerja informal saja. Kurangnya dukungan pemerintah berupa dana serta sarana prasarana yang menjadi hambatan dalam pelaksanaan program kesehatan kerja. Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa program kesehatan kerja di Puskesmas Sonder belum berjalan dengan baik. Disarankan agar puskesmas lebih aktif lagi dalam hal mempromosikan tentang program kesehatan kerja. Kata Kunci: Pelaksanaan, Hambatan, Kesehatan Kerja, Puskesmas, Pekerja Informal  ABSTRACToccupational health program is something that was applied in Puskesmas because it can protect formal and informal workers from work accident and occupational illness. Puskesmas Sonder is one of the Puskesmas do not have an occupational health program but the priority is public health efforts program. This research aims to find the implementation of occupational health programs in puskesmas Sonder. This research was held from October to November 2018 at puskesmas Sonder work area through observation, document study and indepth interview with 5 informants. The results of this study indicate that there are already government regulations regarding Pos UKK post which is Permenkes RI No. 100 Tahun 2015 but has not been applied maximally. In accordance with the agreed policy for this occupational health program, take of public health efforts which are more focused on informal workers. The lack of government support in the form of funds and facilities that are obstacles in the implementation of occupational health programs. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the occupational health program at the Sonder Health Center has not gone well.
