Potensi-potensi bahaya di rumah sakit dapat berasal dari beberapa faktor antara lain faktor kimia, fisik, biologis, ergonomi dan psikososial oleh karena itu rumah sakit wajib melakukan pencegahan dengan menerapkan Penerapan program Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Rumah Saki,t bertujuan untuk melindungi keselamatan dan kesehatan serta meningkatkan produktifitas SDM baik tenaga kesehatan, pasien dan masyarakat di lingkungan sekitar rumah sakit dimana terdapat 12 Program Penerapan K3RS. Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif untuk menggambarkan pelaksanaan program kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja di RSU GMIM Kalooran Amurang. Waktu penelitian dilakukan dari Juni – September 2019. Informan penelitian ini berjumlah 7  orang.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Program yang telah dilaksanakan dan berjalan dengan baik yaitu berjumlah 10 sedangkan yang belum maksimal yaitu program pengembangan manajemen tanggap darurat dan program Pengembangan Program Pemeliharaan Pengelolaan Limbah Padat, Cair dan Gas. Kesimpulan yang didapat Pelaksanaan Program K3RS sudah berjalan namun belum maksimal dilaksanakan karena ada beberapa yang belum tersedia seperti hydrant, detector asap, pemadam api ototmatis dan incenelator. Kata Kunci: Pelaksanaan program K3RS ABSTRACTHospital an institution that organize individual health care service in a complete manner. Potential dangers at hospital can come from several factors, other thing is: chemical physical , biological , ergonomic , and psychosocial factors. Hospital is required to take precautions, implementing safety work and health programs. Hospital are also aimed to protect and improv human resources productivity, work force, patients, and society in the neighborhood of hospital. There are 12 hospital health and safety. This type of research is qualitative to describe the implementation of health and safety programs at general hospital GMIM Kalooran Amurang. The time of the research is from June to September 2019. The source for this research is seven people. The results showed programs that have been implemented and run well, amounting to 10, while those that have not been maximized are emergency response management development programs and development of maintenance programs for solid, liquid, and gas waste management.
