  • This study aims to determine the relationship between attachment and dyadic coping with marital satisfaction in infertile couples who are members of the PCOS Fighters Facebook group community. The study was conducted on 71 infertile subjects who were members of the PCOS Fighters Facebook group community. The measuring instruments used are the scale of marriage satisfaction, attachment scale, and scale of dyadic coping. The data obtained were analyzed using regression analysis of two predictors to test the major hypothesis and Pearson Product Moment correlation to test the minor hypothesis. The results showed: 1) There was a very significant relationship between attachment style and dyadic coping with marital satisfaction in infertile couples (R12y = 0.661, Fo= 26,338 p <0.01); 2) There is a very significant relationship between attachment and marital satisfaction in infertile couples (r1y = -0,531, p <0,01); 3) There is a very significant relationship between dyadic coping with marital satisfaction in infertile couples (r2y = 0.608, p <0.01); and the effective contribution of the two independent variables to the dependent variable is 42.0%.
