- The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of curriculum changes, widyaiswara competence, infrastructure and commitment to satisfaction of education and training participants in the Board of Education and Training of East Java Province. In this study, the population was all the participants Education and Leadership Training II - IV were held by the Board of Education and Training East Java class 1 in 2014, which amounted to as many as 370 people. Total sample as many as 192 people. The sampling technique using stratified random sampling method. The location of this research at the Board of Education and Training East Java province which is located at Jl. Tama Balongsari Tandes Surabaya, East Java. Analysis technique used Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach by using the Software Partial Least Square (PLS).. The results showed that the changes in the education and training curriculum leadership has a significant influence on the education and training of participant satisfaction. Competence trainers have a significant influence on the satisfaction of participants on education and training. Education and training infrastructure has a significant leadership to the satisfaction of education and training participants. Changes in education and training curriculum leadership has a significant influence on education and training participant commitment. Competence trainers have a significant influence on participant commitment of education and training. Education and training infrastructure leadership has no significant effect on the participants' commitment to education and training. Participant satisfaction education and training have a significant influence on the participants' commitment to education and training. Infrastructure on the implementation of Education and Training Leadership New Patterns have no significant effect on participant commitment Education and training. This means that whether or not the facilities provided during the implementation of the education and training of leadership does not give effect to the commitment to education and training participants. Participants Commitment influence on the fulfillment of facilities and infrastructure on the implementation of Education and Training Leadership New Trends in Education and Training Agency East Java province, is determined by the Participant Satisfaction Education and training for facilities and infrastructure facilities provided by the Agency for Education and Training Education and training runs .. In general, this study reported that the education and training of a new pattern of leadership according Heads of State Administration Regulation No. 11,12 and 13 of the Year 2014 is getting a positive response from the participants of education and training and mentor, as the direct supervisor of participants in building high performance in institutions of participants education and training.
