This allowance is not given freely to the teacher concerned, but it is based on the requirements and criteria that have been determined. But the reality in the disbursement of the allowance are still many teachers who complain because of frequent delays. Base on the previous problem we design and create web-based decision support system to determine acceptance teacher certification allowance based on criteria that have been determined by Weighted Product’s method.
