- The purpose of this study examines, the agreement deed of residential development cooperation agreement between land owners and developers in the city of Banjarbaru and reviewing legal protection for land owners in the manufacturing of residential development deed agreement in Kota Banjarbaru. This study was an empirical law of jurisdiction. Data Research is using the research literature and field research. Overall data were analyzed qualitatively using the analysis-synthesis models. Based on the description of how the above analysis, synthesis and conclusions drawn in response to the problems under study. The result of the study that, first: the implementation of the deed of housing development agreement between the land owner and developer of housing in Banjarbaru City are in accordance with the terms of an agreement.
