This aims of this study were to: (1) investigate the responses of peasant women�s attitude
towards program of food autonomous village, (2) to find out some factors which influence
to the responses of peasant women�s attitude towards program of food autonomous village,
(3) to investigate the influence of the responses of peasant women�s attitude towards the
attitude of peasant women�s responses in the program of food autonomous village.
The samples of the research were peasant women who join program of food
antonomous village. The basic method used in this research was descriptive analytic with
survey approach. Sampling method was done by purposive method choosing Mertelu
Village. There were 4 samples of farmer groups taken by random sampling. Then 15
samples of peasant women was taken from each peasant women group by using simple
random sampling, so that there were 60 peasant women as the sample in this research. To
test the hypothesis used the proportion test, multiple linear regression analysis, and
analysis of simple linear regression.
The findings showed that the responses of peasant women�s attitude towards
program of food autonomous village was supportive with a percentage of 80,92%. The
factor which influence to the peasant women�s attitude towards their response was the role
of a group leader. The responses of peasant women�s attitude significantly influenced to
peasant women�s behaviors, the higher of response of peasant women�s attitude the higher
