It use qualitative phenomenological method with five active muallijs as the subjects. This research had been made in Special Region of Yogyakarta and DKI Jakarta. Counselor aspects which shown in this research are expertise aspect, skill aspect, personality aspect, and experience aspect. Generally, the spreading of the aspect’s data looks like the same especially in expertise, skill, and experience aspects. But it will shown differently in personality aspect that communication ability and problem identification will be different between men and women.
