announcements. Problems that often occur at this time is the number of accidents 
between road users with the train so that it appears Railway Crossing Warning 
advertisement on television. In this ad gives a message to road users to be more 
careful when going across railway crossings and expects to reduce the number of 
traffic accidents door railroad crossings. 
Researchers try to see the attitude of the public about the content of public 
service advertisements warning message rail crossings. Has someone informed 
intense enough of a problem so that he can clearly take a stand on the matter.The population in this study is the minimal 17 year-old Surabaya and 
sampling technique in this study is the method of multistage cluster sampling. The 
method of data analysis in this study using a frequency table. 
Results obtained from the test results of the respondents attitudes toward 
the message of public service ads warning Railway crossing is positive. The 
number of respondents who are in the category of positive things here shows 
Surabaya people receive and understand the message in the ad, and they will carry
