Risk of fire building is still a big enough threat for the population and economic activity. Based on statistical data, a fire at the Ministry of Rhône and French, in general, indicate that the number is big enough, and more than 80% of them occurred in residential buildings. The amount of fire cases is closely associated with the condition of the building and the performance of central fire service in perfom fire prevention.
