High schools</subject><subject>QA76 Computer software</subject><description>Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi adanya program PJJ yang diselenggarakan oleh pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Barat untuk mengatasi permasalahan pendidikan. Namun, dalam implementasinya masih banyak masyarakat yang belum mengetahui tentang program PJJ ini. Implementasi pendidikan jarak jauh di Provinsi Jawa Barat menerapkan model pembelajaran campuran (Blended Learning). Rumusan masalah umum dalam penelitian ini &#x201C;Bagaimana Implementasi Blended Learning dalam Pelaksanaan Program PJJ di SMK Negeri 3 Bandung&#x201D;. Sedangkan aspek yang diteliti adalah perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan faktor penghambat dan pendukung pembelajaran Blended Learning program PJJ. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif jenis studi kasus, subjek penelitian terdiri dari 4 guru yang terlibat dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran Blended Learning dalam pendidikan jarak jauh di SMK Negeri 3 Bandung. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan, yaitu : reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengujian keabsahan data dilakukan dengan member check dan triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan pembelajaran berupa penyusunan jadwal pembelajaran tatap muka, silabus, bahan ajar, dan alat evaluasi. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran dilakukan secara tatap muka yang dilakukan di TKB dan Online melalui LMS SIAJAR. Evaluasi pembelajaran dilakukan sama seperti evaluasi pembelajaran di sekolah reguler yang dilakukan secara Online melalui LMS SIAJAR. Dalam penelitian ditemukan beberapa faktor penghambat, yaitu: keterbatasan waktu, rendahnya motivasi, keerbatasan fitur LMS, kurangnya komunikasi antara guru bina dan siswa. dan factor pendukung, yaitu: kebijakan pemerintah, kemampuan guru, kelengkapan dan kemudahaan penggunaan LMS, dan kemudahan akses jaringan.;--This research is based on the existence of a PJJ program organized by the West Java Provincial government to overcome educational problems. However, in its implementation there are still many people who do not know about this PJJ program. The implementation of distance education in West Java Province applies a Blended Learning model. The general problem formulation in this study "How to Implement Blended Learning in the Implementation of PJJ Programs in SMK 3 Bandung". While the aspects studied are planning, implementing, evaluating, and inhibiting factors and supporting PJJ Blended Learning programs. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative case study type, the research subject consisted of 4 teachers involved in the implementation of Blended Learning in distance education at SMK Negeri 3 Bandung. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out in several stages, namely: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Data validity testing is done by member checking and triangulating data. The results of the research that have been conducted show that the planning of learning in the form of preparation of face-to-face learning schedules, syllabus, teaching materials, and evaluation tools. The learning process is carried out face-to-face which is conducted at TKB and Online through LMS SIAJAR. Learning evaluation is done the same as evaluating learning in regular schools conducted online through LMS SIAJAR.
