Tilapia is one of the freshwater fish commodities that has received great attention for the fisheries business which is intended for improving community nutrition in Indonesia. This is related to tilapia having beneficial properties, which are easy to breed, grow fast, have high meat, have high protein and nutritional content, are tolerant of poor environments, can live and breed in brackish water. The purpose of this Field Work Practice is to find out the existing enlargement techniques at BBI Tlatar and find out the problems that exist in the enlargement of red tilapia. The things that really required namely preparation of the pond, pond drying, and fertilization, feed spreading, feeding and feed, water quality management, fish sampling, preventing pest and disease, and fish harvesting.
