This is related to tilapia having beneficial properties, which are easy to breed, grow fast, have high meat, have high protein and nutritional content, are tolerant of poor environments, can live and breed in brackish water. The purpose of this Field Work Practice is to find out the existing enlargement techniques at BBI Tlatar and find out the problems that exist in the enlargement of red tilapia. The enlargement of red tilapia in the pond. The things that really required namely preparation of the pond, pond drying, and fertilization, feed spreading, feeding and feed, water quality management, fish sampling, preventing pest and disease, and fish harvesting. Problems that found in enlargement namely pest and disease in red tilapia can cause a death.
