This study aims to determine how the influence of accounting information systems, work motivation, and Islamic work ethic of employee performance. The population in this study are employees of Aziza hotel Solo, Hotel Syariah Arini, The Amrani Syariah Hotel, and Assalam Syariah Hotel Solo. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. Total samples that fill the 
questionnaire of this research amounted to 33 people consisting of employees who work by using accounting information system that is, manager, accounting, finance 
and cashier. 
The results of this study indicate that the accounting information system, work motivation, and Islamic work ethic affect the performance of employees
