The author uses causal research design in this scientific composition. Simple random sampling technique is used as the sampling method. Kind of data that used by author is primary one, resulted from the independent auditors` perceptives that poured in questionaire form to the 37th independent auditors. The data processing is done by supporting tools for statistic program. The data which have already collected are processed with classic assumption test before hypothesis test. Hyphothesis test in this research use simple linier regression with t test and use multiple linier regression with F test.
The result shows that culture of organization, role conflict, and assignment complexity, both partially and simultaneously, unsignificantly influence toward auditor judgement.
