The method of analysis used in this research is quantitative method, with the classic assumption test, and statistical analysis, i.e : multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling method used was puposive sampling. The variables of this study are corporate governance proxied into an independent commissioner, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, foreign ownership and the quality of auditors as the independent variables, and the value of the firm as the dependent variable with a total sample of 18 companies per year.
The results of this study is that, partially, the five of the independent variables has no significant affect on corporate value.
