  • The study aims to analyze the infuence of implementation of principles Good Corporate Governance and organizational culture toward performance of human resources in BUMN. This research was conducted in PT Pegadaian of Kramat Raya 162 Jakarta. The population in this study is human resources of PT Pegadaian Kramat Raya 162 Jakarta. The samples were 68 respondents in this study using probability sampling method with a simple random sampling, then the data prosessed by multiple regression analaysis. Indipendent variables in this research is principles Good Corporate Governance and organizational culture, as dependent variable is performance of human resources. The result of this reserch showed that implementation of principles Good Corporate Governance had no significant influence toward performance of human resources, and organizational culture too had no significant influence toward performance of human resources, at testing with simultaneous implementation of principles Good Corporate Governance and organizational culture had significant influence to performance of human resources
