as a success support of students character education at MAN Insan Cendekia 
Serpong. The indicator was based on some character education programs in hostel 
and strategy of character e
ducation. It was conducted at MAN Insan Cendekia 
Serpong 2015/2016 using quality descriptive method. Data collection techniques 
used in this research were interview, observation, and questionnaire. Beside that, 
the author refered to character education boo
ks, which were used as a theoretical 
basis to review strategy of character eeducation at MAN Insan Cendekia. 
The result showed that hostel building program ran quite effectively 
because the effort and strategy that has been done by all the teachers at MA
N 
Insan Cendekia. It can be seen from implementing character and strategy that was 
used, such as integration between character education program and daily activity. 
It was also supported by doing activities in the program even though there were 
some obstac
les in the implementation. From the result, it can be concluded that 
character education in boarding school at MAN Insan Cendekia was quite 
effective. It showed that boarding school supported the success of students 
character education at MAN Insan Cendeki
