researcher activities expresses fact in the field related with involvement of children in the campaigns. This research uses qualitative method, completed by survey as research type toward empiric data related with involvement of children in the campaigns. To make easier for researcher to conduct research, hence was used juridical psycho socio 
religious approach, law sociology and also religious concept for children by maslahah mursalah approach for children. 
This research found that involvement of children in campaigns principally prohibited both by Indonesian nation law and Islamic law. Is the Prohibition is respect to 
constitution and Islamic law on children status. Based on what we find out in the field that campaigns team knows about prohibition related involvement of children in the 
campaigns. By the prohibition, they conduct a suggestion in order to not asking children in the campaigns, but when there children in the campaigns it was not intentionally involved by political parties (in this case is campaigns team), except that children were involved because they were asked by their own parent, their reason were that children
