- Customer use plastic for packing food and hot cake everyday. Most customer use wrong it and without see of logo or kode in plastic, maybe it happened becouse they did not know about the danger of plastic for their health. The aim of the research is to know customer?s knowledge about the danger of food wrappers. I used deskriptif research. I have used 50 people as sample population (Responden) by using aksidental sampling technique. The data is collected by quesioner technique and analyzed by presentation technique. The result show that customer knowledge about definition of plastic is enough and it?s about (49, 7%), their knowledge about plastic characteristic danger is enough and it?s about (54, 8%), their knowledge about characteristic a secure plastic is used is good and around (66,99%), and their knowledge about plastic danger to health is good and around (76, 56%). From that data we can conclude that average knowledge of the general public is good and it?s about (67, 81%), Their knowledge about the danger of plastic is better than their knowledge about definition of plastic, the characteristic of dangers plastic , characteristic a secure plastic is used. Researchers suggestions for the customer or service health are increase their knowledge about plastic and use the logo or existing code of plastic, minimize use of plastic for wrapping, and looking for other alternative wrapping.
