- The baby that has bilirubin quality more than 13-18 mg/dl have to treat by photo therapy, doing photo therapy is can decrease the total quality of bilirubin. The implementation of treatment in baby is giving nutrition, changing the position of the baby, keep the temperature of babyÂ’s body, the decrease of injury. The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of treatment to baby that treat by photo therapy in Wava Husada Kepanjen Hospital. This research is doing with case study research strategy, by using technique of purposive sampling. The sample of this research is hiperbilirubinemiaÂ’s baby. This research is doing in Wava Husada Kepanjen Hospital, July 2014. This research data have been taking by using interviewing method, observation, and documentation. This research is using in data exam tringulasi and have been examination in domain analysis method. The result of this research indicated the baby is treating by photo therapy from giving nutrition, the decrease of injury, keep the temperature of baby is appropriate with standart operational prosedur. The less treatment of baby is change the position of baby every 3 hours can give damaged in skin integrity. All in all, from the result of this research we have to do treatment to decrease the risk of skin damaged in baby that doing photo therapy is change the position of the baby every 3 hours.
