Local microorganisms of banana hump and papaya fruit as there are microbes that are able to fix the ground rooting area, thereby affecting nutrient absorption. Skarifikasi was able to soften the hard seed skin so that it becomes permeable to water and gas. This research aims to know the effectiveness of the microorganisms local bananas hump and papaya fruit with long skarifikasi difference physical seed against the growth of plant seed nila. Experiments conducted in factorial that is using random design group (RAK), which is a factor of 1, namely the kind of local microorganisms (M) consisting of M0: local microorganisms without (control), M1: local microorganisms of banana hump, M2: local microorganisms of papaya fruit. Factor of 2 that is long physical skarifikasi (S) with hot water soaking 70 0C consisting of S0: without treatment (control), S1: 7.5 minutes , S2: 15 minutes. There are 9 combination is repeated 3 times. The results showed the use of local microorganisms of bananas hump and papaya fruit with long skarifikasi physical differences there are seeds of interaction at high plant observation parameters age 5 weeks after planting, weight, wet, and dry weight.
