(Author, Adviser I, Supervisor II)&#xD; This study aims to determine the use of the mechanism at PT. Malang People's Bank of Indonesia Syariah Branch as a mechanism for the implementation of home ownership financing.&#xD; This type of research uses descriptive research. The data used are qualitative, quantitative and secondary data. Data collection techniques use documentation and interviews. And the analysis tool used is the development of home ownership financing and the 5C method. Measurements to find the feasibility of carrying out the financing and the murabahah agreement has fulfilled the requirements or not, and to determine the implementation of financing is feasible or not.&#xD; From the results of research on the development mechanism and the 5C method for financing home ownership, the results of the implementation of iB home ownership financing have fulfilled the requirements and have good prospects in providing financing to the community. Murabahah contract users as a form of buying and selling (trust) that requires sellers and buyers to know each other, to be honest and explain about the object of buying and selling both the specifications of the goods, the acquisition price, the desired margin and payment method.&#xD; Conclusion from the research that has been done, PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah has fulfilled the established financing implementation procedures. From the results of the mechanism that has been carried out by researchers at PT.
