COOL CLEAN is one company that has applied the supply chain concept in carrying out its business process. So far the company has never measured environmental supply chain performance. Therefore, a method that can be applied in the measurement of environmentally friendly supply chain performance is needed. Green supply chain performance measurement system is needed to manage the impact risks generated on the environment, increase competition and get the right strategy for the company. This study aims to measure the extent to which the value of achieving supply chain performance is environmentally friendly. The method used is the Green Supply Chain Operation Reference (GCSOR) method which is used to design and to define matrices that are in accordance with the real conditions of the company.
