- A weakness of code system about regulation, and lack of attention from government become opportunity to entrepreneur in order not to apply regulation of labor, specially about safety and health of worker, to increase work productivity of employees need a regulation making entire worker feel comfort, safe, and feel in paying attention from company by giving safety system and health. From data analysis which can be concluded that safety condition and health on PT Eka Silver and Gold Jewelery Surabaya is good can be seen from variable value health of X equal to 0,616 and safety of X 0,176 meaning both owning value which are positive, is isn't it to see influence of safety and health of activity to employees work productivity used by hypothesis test that is with criterion if F count > F tabel equal to 38,884 F tables is equal to 3,188, hence variable of safety and health of job/activity by simultan have influence which isn't it to employees work productivity, while to see which variable was which most have an effect on to compare coefficient value of regresi the each variable. Of calculation result known that coefficient of regresi working safety variable ( b1) equal to 0,616 > coefficient of regresi variable health of job/activity ( b2) equal to 0,176. This matter of that working safety variable ( X1) have influence of larger ones from at variable health of job/activity( X2) Safety and health of work as one of element protection of labor represent one of the important factors in development of human resource to support product increase and productivity, quality and efficiency, which is very needed to company. Basically safety program made to create work attitude and work environment that physically safe and comfort that able to prevent accident. Accident can be prevented if employees consciously thinking about working safety and obey regulation from the company. To prevent working accident hence company to be expected to fulfill safety standard and working health which have been specified in regulation and labor code. PT Eka Silver and Gold Jewelry Surabaya that move in the field of making of ornament, accessories, and sublime stone production like agate, sapphire, and diamond stone, shall forwards more paying attention of safety and health of worker so that work productivity of employees can be improved so that company can expand and go forward more fast.
