The research methodology consisted of two-stage: 1) observation and 2) research and development (R &amp;amp; D). Observation conducted to determine the learning process in the classroom and the use of smartphone students in the classroom. Research and development (R &amp;amp; D) was adapted from model of ADDIE used to develop an application m-learning. This application tried out on the second semester 71 students PGSD FKIP UHAMKA. The results showed that photosynthetic teaching materials in the form of Android-based m-learning that had been developed based on material experts found a percentage score of 80.95% with good categories, then the results of validation by media experts obtained a percentage score of 77.94% with good categories. The result of the implementation of class 2D was 90,54 % with very good categories. Next in class 2E obtained the results of the quality of media learning of 94,73 % with very good categories. The results of the data indicated that the development of the teaching material photosynthesis in the form of m-learning an android fitted for use as a source learning for pre-service primary school teacher.</description><description lang="id-ID">Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar mata kuliah Konsep Dasar IPA 1 materi Fotosintesis pada tumbuhan dalam bentuk m-learning berbasis Android untuk mahasiswa PGSD, serta mengetahui kualitas produk ini yang telah dihasilkan sehingga layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran mata kuliah Konsep Dasar IPA 1. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan dua tahap, yaitu observasi dan metode Research and Development (R&amp;amp;D). Metode observasi dilakukan untuk mengetahui proses pembelajaran di dalam kelas dan penggunaan smartphone mahasiswa saat di dalam kelas. Metode (R&amp;amp;D) atau penelitian dan pengembangan yang diadaptasi dari model pengembangan ADDIE digunakan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi m-learning. Aplikasi ini diujicobakan kepada 71 mahasiswa PGSD semester II FKIP UHAMKA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar Fotosintesis dalam bentuk m-learning berbasis Android yang telah dikembangakan berdasarkan ahli materi didapatkan skor persentasi sebesar 80,95% dengan kategori baik, selanjutnya hasil validasi oleh ahli media didapatkan skor persentase sebesar 77,94% dengan kategori baik. Uji coba dilakukan pada mahasiswa PGSD UHAMKA yang pertama pada kelas 2D didapatkan hasil kualitas media pembelajaran sebesar 90,54% dengan kategori sangat baik. Selanjutnya di kelas 2E didapatkan hasil kualitas media pembelajaran sebesar 94,73% dengan kategori sangat baik.
