One of complication in hemodialysis is Intradialytic Hypertension (IDH). It increases the risk of patient mortality. The purpose of this study was to compare the blood pressure before and during hemodialysis to patients with chronic renal failure that is in undergoing regular hemodialysis at Al-Ihsan Hospital during March 2016. This study was an observational-analytic with cross sectional approach. The subjects were 47 patients with CRF that is in undergoing regular hemodialysis at Al-Ihsan Hospital during the period that is mentioned above, they were selected based on consecutive-sampling technique. Data obtained from the patient's primary data in the form of the results of a patient's blood pressure. The statistical analysis used was Independent T-test with categorical and numeric data types. The results of comparative studies of blood pressure before and during HD showed that there was no significant difference between the systolic blood pressure before and during HD with changes in systolic blood pressure mmHg = 3.781 and p = 0.144 (p > 0.05). And there is no significant difference between the diastolic blood pressure before and during HD with changes in diastolic blood pressure mmHg = 1.425 and p = 0.408 (p > 0.05). The conclusion of this study is that there was no significant difference with the blood pressure value before and during hemodialysis to patients with chronic renal failure in undergoing regular hemodialysis at Al-Ihsan Hospital in Bandung, West Java.</description><description>Hemodialisis merupakan terapi bagi pasien gagal ginjal kronis stadium 5. Salah satu komplikasi selama hemodialisis adalah hipertensi intradialisis. Hipertensi intradialisis berperan meningkatkan risiko mortalitas pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbandingan tekanan darah sebelum dan selama hemodialisis pada pasien gagal ginjal kronis yang menjalani hemodialisis rutin di RSUD Al-Ihsan periode bulan Maret tahun 2016. Penelitian ini bersifat observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 47 pasien gagal ginjal kronis yang menjalani hemodialisis rutin di RSUD Al-Ihsan periode bulan Maret tahun 2016 yang dipilih berdasakan teknik consecutive sampling.
