- Strategic planning in public sector in Indonesia has been fully supported by the regulations, but the implementation has not been applied properly. Meantime, forest and land fire still occurs and their numbers are increasing. On the the other hand, empirical evidence related to the adoption of strategic planning in the public sector in order to support the critique that a strategic planning affects what an organization is, what it does and why it does it and also the exploration related to the dtrstegic planning constraints and how to tackle it is still limited.
