Rusmin Husain, S.Pd, M.Pd, dan Pembimbing II Dr. Isnanto S.Pd, M.Ed Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana Kinerja Guru Bersertifikasi dan non sertifikasi Di SDN Se-Kecematan Pulubala Kabupaten Gorontalo?; Apakah Terdapat Perbedaan Kinerja Guru Bersertifikasi dan Guru Non Sertifikasi Di SDN Se-Kecematan Pulubala Kabupaten Gorontalo?. Selanjutnya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kinerja guru bersertifikasi dan non sertifikasi di SDN Se-Kecamatan Pulubala Kabupaten Gorontalo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Guru SDN Se-Kecamatan Pulubala Kabupaten Gorontalo yang berjumlah 34 Guru, dimana 16 guru bersertifikasi dan 18 guru non sertifikasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji t-test Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diperoleh thitung sebesar 1,55 dan ttabel 1,70. Dengan demikian diketahui bahwa thitung &lt; ttabel dengan derajat kebebasan (db) = 32, dan taraf signifikansi 0,05. Dengan demikian Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak, yang artinya tidak terdapat perbedaan kinerja guru bersertifikasi dan non sertifikasi di SDN Se-Kecematan Pulubala Kabupaten Gorontalo. Co-supervisor Dr. Isnanto, S.Pd, M.Ed The problem statements in this are (1) how are certified and non ceritified teachers performance at all elementary schools in Pulubala, Gorontalo District?; (2) are there any difference in the Performance between certified teachers and non-certified teachers at the location? Furthermore, this study aims to determine the difference in the performance of certified and non-certifiedteachers at all elementary schools in Pulubala, Gorontalo District. The population in this research were the teachers of all the elementary schools in Pulubala, Gorontalo District with total amount 34 teachers where there were 16 certied teachers and were 18 non-certified teachers. Data analysis technique used t-test. Based on the data analysis, it is obtained tcount 0f 1.55 and ttable of 1.70.
