This study aims to determine the positive and significant impact of Adversity Quotient on Performance on Employees of PT Telkom Witel North Jakarta. This research was conducted for 3 months starting from March 2018 to May 2018. The method used in this study is a survey method with a correlational approach and uses primary data for the independent variable adversity quotient and secondary data for the dependent variable namely performance. The population of this study were all employees of PT Telkom Witel North Jakarta with 250 employees. The affordable population are employees of PT Telkom Witel North Jakarta marketing division of 54 employees. The sample used was 48 employees using simple random techniques. Variable data X is primary data and Y data is secondary data. Based on the results of data analysis obtained the regression equation Ŷ = 37.83 + 0.383X. The F test results in the ANAVA table produce Fcount> Ftable (26.96> 4.05). The t test produces t count> t table (5.192> 1.67), it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between adversity quotient on performance. Test the coefficient of determination 36.95% that is adversity quotient influences performance. Keywords: Adversity Quotient, Performance
