The study is aimed to examine a model that can predict students’ entrepreneurial intention by employing factors including creativity, risk-taking propensity, entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial motivation. This research started from January until May 2016. It used survey method with questionaire technic. Data were collected at five vocational schools in East Jakarta, involving 208 participants. The data were analysed using exploratory (SPSS) and confirmatory factor analysis (AMOS). Finding of this study, H1 had critical ratio score of 0.560. It’s unaccepted. H2 was accepted with 2.039 critical ratio score and the effect of risktaking propensity on entrepreneurial intention was weak with 0.171 standardized total effect score. Then, H3 had 0.276 standardized total effect score. It showed that entrepreneurial education mildly influence entrepreneurial intention. The factor that impact on entrepreneurial intention moderately strong was entrepreneurial motivation with critical score of 3.425 and standardized total effect score of 0.393.
