- Abstract - The development of social media especially instagram application every year very rapidly. Almost every Instagram user to do activities at any time by using Instagram as a communication tool or sharing information using android smartphone. The large number of Instagram users make this application vulnerable to Instagram abuse such as cyberbulling crime among Instagram users. Based on the case can be investigated to obtain digital evidence in the form of chats and pictures / photos of android smartphone used bully crime. Investigation in this study using the National Institute of Justice (NIJ) method that provides several stages of preparation, collection, examination, analysis, and reporting while forensic applications used forensic oxygen. The process of data acquisition using oxygen forensics on android smartphone installed Instagram obtained the results of the acquisition of chats with the number 5 and images / photos with the number 48. A valid data on the acquisition is valid with existing data on instagram messeger of android smartphone.
