imposed a one-way street 2) To know the development of roads in force application of
one-way street 3) To determine the condition of geometrical one-way street in the city
of Surakarta.
This study used descriptive study of spatial methods. Data collection
techniques using documentation study, field observation and interviews. This is
population reaserch. It because data was collecting done for all object in research. The
populasi are all roads which imposed a one-way at grade arterial road, collector and
local. Analysis of the data used is scoring. Determination of scores on each parameter
is done by considering the elements or variables that have a high carrying capacity of
the research object has a value that has a high and variable resistor element is given a
lower score, then score is used as the basis for classifications for each class. Result of
research and analyse the data visualizinged in map such as one ways streets map and
geometric condition of one way street.
Based on the results of this study concluded that: 1) Location imposed one-
way street in the center of town. There are 29 roads of 268 roads or 11% of the total
roads in the city of Surakarta. 2) The development and changes in one-way streets
occur on certain road sections namely Slamet Riyadi roads, Hasanuddin roads and
Major Sunayo roads. In 2003 there were 47 roads which imposed a one-way street. In
the year 2007 experienced the changes and developments to 51 roads. In 2010 there
were 52 roads which imposed a one-way street. 3) one-way road geometric conditions
are classified into 2 which is less suitable geometric conditions and geometrical
conditions in accordance with minimum standards: a) Width of traffic lane seven
meters, (b) effective shoulder width of at least 2 m on each side, (c) There is no
median, (d) low-side constraints, (e) The size of 1.0 to 3.0 Million, (f) Type flat
alignment. Roads are categorized as follows: Wora-Wari Road, Kalitan Road, Slamet
Riyadi Road, Sunaryo Major Roads, North Square Roads, Honggowongso Road, Gatot
Subroto Road, Diponegoro Road, Kartini Road, Siswo Road, Sutan Syahrir Road,
Sugio Pranoto Road, Sutarjo Road, and Captain Mulyadi Road. While that is less
appropriate category include: RE Martadinata Road, Ronggowarsito Road, Dr
Radjiman Road, Kyai Gede Sala Road, Supit Urang Road, Kalilarangan Road,
Hasanuddin Road, RM Said Road, Kahar Muzakir Road, Teuku Umar Road, S.
Parman Road, Suryopranoto Road, KH Hasyim Ashari Road, Way Around the
monument 45 and Ahmad Dahlan Road.
