In addition, the aim of this &#xD; research is to determine barriers or obstacles encountered in the process of&#xD; negotiation and correspondence and how to overcome them.&#xD; The Research method used is descriptive analysis of research by&#xD; interpreting (reading, listening, comparing) the data there, and then describe or&#xD; explain to draw conclusions. Collecting data from documents and from the&#xD; parties related to those activities. The data used are primary data and secondary&#xD; data. Primary data included direct interviews with relevant stakeholders and &#xD; secondary data obtained from documents and written sources other&#xD; From the research results can be concluded that in the process of &#xD; negotiation and correspondence on RAKABU FURNITURE Trade Fair begins&#xD; with and so on followed by correspondence via e-mail and came to Rakabu&#xD; Furniture showroom for further negotiations. Meanwhile, for buyers who have&#xD; become regular customers, the process of negotiation and correspondence with&#xD; enough menggirimkan order via e-mail and came to Rakabu Furniture &#xD; showroom for more negotiation. Most of all communicated via e-mail. And the&#xD; role of the internet for a company that is easy to communicate with quickly and&#xD; reach a very wide area and a very low cost so as to achieve effectiveness and&#xD; efficiency of the company in negotiations and correspondence. Because&#xD; RAKABU FURNITURE use the internet in some stage of the negotiations and&#xD; correspondence there are several barriers that often interfere with the work&#xD; process, the Internet network problems that often trouble. In addition, there are&#xD; also obstacles in the process of pricing agreement with the buyer. &#xD; Correspondence extremely important role in international trade in general,&#xD; even in the import-export business, 80% of export-import transactions are&#xD; conducted through a process of correspondence or correspondence.
