The data used are secondary data in the form of financial ratios data obtained from publication reports Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013-2017. The methodology used in this research is Panel Data Regression Analysis Method with Fixed Effect model and t-statistic hypothesis test to test the partial regression coefficient and f-statistic to test the significance of influence together with the level of significance is 0.05. From the results of the study found that ROA has a significant negative effect to DER, meaning that the company had an increase, then the company's capital structure would otherwise decrease and be significant towards DER. CR has an significant negative effect on the DER, meaning that if CR increases, the higher the CR, the lower the capital structure owned, and the greater the DER. SIZE has an insignificant negative effect on the DER, meaning that a large company size will not increase or increase the capital structure used by the company and is not significant towards DER.

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Profitabilitas Return On Asset (ROA), Likuiditas Current Ratio (CR), dan Ukuran Perusahaan (Size) terhadap Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) pada perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang berupa data rasio keuangan yang diperoleh dari laporan publikasi Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2017. Metologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Analisis Regresi data Panel dengan model Fixed Effect dan uji hipotesis t-statistik untuk menguji koefisien regresi parsial serta f-statistik untuk menguji keberartian pengaruh secara bersama-sama dengan level signifikasnsi sebasar 0.05. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa ROA berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan artinya perusahaan mengalami kenaikan, maka struktur modal perusahaan sebaliknya akan mengalami penurunan dan signifikan terhadap DER. CR berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap DER artinya jika CR meningkat berarti semakin tinggi CR, maka semakin menurunkan struktur modal yang dimiliki, dan signifikan terhadap DER. SIZE berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap DER artinya bahwa ukuran perusahaan yang besar tidak akan meningkatkan atau menaikkan struktur modal yang digunakan perusahaan dan tidak signifikan terhadap DER.
