  • Dentist staff greatly affect the visit in dentist clinic of health Center. With a low level visit in dentist clinic of Candi Health Center, Pacitan Regency, considered the service quality is not optimal. Using importance Performance Analysis hopefully will find a match between the level of interest and the level of service performance according to the patient. Determining the position factors of service quality in importance performance analysis and decisive effort to improve service quality, it was found that the level of performance of services by pantiens dentist clinic of Candi Health Center Candi is still not in accordance with the level of interest shown by the pantient suitability value by an average of 82,08 %. Somethings that need to be done in order to increase the performance of dentist clinic of Candi Health Center among others, improving the cleanliness and comfort of the health center, proposed the procurement of suport equiment inspection dental health and energy dentist to the Pacitan Regency Health Office and the relocation additional land in order to increase convenience and completeness of facilities and Health Center Infrastructure.
