Tarakan City is located between 117&#xBA;34 &#x2018;Longitude West and 117&#xBA;38 &#x2018;East Longitude and between 3&#xBA;19&#x2019; North Latitude and 2&#xBA;20 &#x2018;South Latitude. With the development and expansion of regions in accordance with City Regional Regulations Tarakan Number 23 of 1999, Tarakan is a city that is rich in oil, even from during the Dutch era, this city got more attention because of its sources.
