Tarakan City is located between 117º34 ‘Longitude West and 117º38 ‘East Longitude and between 3º19’ North Latitude and 2º20 ‘South Latitude. With the development and expansion of regions in accordance with City Regional Regulations Tarakan Number 23 of 1999, Tarakan is a city that is rich in oil, even from during the Dutch era, this city got more attention because of its sources. Wealth Tarakan, which is more concerned with its resources.
