Penggunaan website pariwisata ini dianggap dipengaruhi oleh motivasi perjalanan dan faktor sosial dimana faktor sosial dianggap juga memengaruhi motivasi perjalanan. Penelitian ini kemudian dilakukan untuk melakukan analisis mengenai pengaruh motivasi perjalanan dan faktor sosial kepada penggunaan website pariwisata serta pengaruh faktor sosial kepada motivasi perjalanan. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis akan melakukan pengumpulan responden dengan kuesioner menggunakan teknik probability sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan 278 sampel responden yang merupakan wisatawan mancanegara di Lombok. Data diolah dengan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh antara motivasi perjalanan dan faktor sosial terhadap penggunaan website pariwisata serta adanya pengaruh motivasi perjalanan terhadap faktor sosial. Rekomendasi saran yang diberikan kepada pemerintahan pariwisata Lombok yaitu agar membuat beberapa acara-acara khusus seperti kompetisi olahraga untuk menambah motivasi wisatawan internasional untuk berkunjung dan melakukan pembaharuan akan informasi dari website-website pariwisata./Travel motivation and social factors are one of the most important psychology aspects that are important from tourists behavior. The usage of travel websites is considered to be influenced by travel motivation and social factors where social factors are considered to be an influence to travel motivation. This research is aiming to analyze the correlation between travel motivation and social factors to the usage of travel websites as well as the correlation between social factors to travel motivation. The concept of this research model is to analyze the correlation between the three variables. For this research, team author conducted some respondent with a questionnaires, using probability sampling. This research is taking 278 samples of respondents that are international tourists in Lombok. The data was processed by SPSS 25 software. The results of the research supported the correlation between travel motivation and social factors to the usage of travel websites as well as the correlation between travel motivation to social factors.
